The basics
These terms cover your use of our websites (kalikori.me and find.kalikori.me), the Kalikori iOS app, and the Kalikori Rewards program, all operated by Ice Water LLC, a Maine-licensed cannabis manufacturer (licenses AMF574 and ACB573). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
You must be 21 or older
Our websites, app, and rewards program are for adults 21 and older. No exceptions. By using them you confirm you are at least 21.
Informational only — nothing is sold here
Our websites and app do not sell cannabis or any other product, do not process payments, and do not offer delivery or reservations. They provide information about our products and show which independent, state-licensed Maine retailers carry them. Those retailers set their own prices, inventory, and policies — availability information we display may be delayed or incomplete, and a listing is not a guarantee that a product is in stock.
Nothing on our websites or app is medical advice. Cannabis products are for use only by adults 21+ and only as permitted by Maine law. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery while using cannabis.
Kalikori Rewards
Kalikori Rewards lets you claim points from single-use QR sticker codes on Kalikori products and redeem those points for merchandise and gift cards. Points are never redeemable for cannabis products, discounts on cannabis products, or anything else containing cannabis.
- Membership is free and limited to Maine-legal adults 21+.
- Each sticker code can be claimed once, by the first account to claim it. Claims are limited to 10 codes per rolling 24 hours per account.
- Points have no cash value and are not transferable or exchangeable.
- Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned, on a rolling basis. Points also expire immediately if your account is deleted or terminated.
- Reward redemptions are fulfilled manually and shipped to the address you provide. Catalog items, point costs, and availability can change at any time.
- We may change the number of points awarded for any product or batch at any time. Changes apply going forward and do not affect points already earned.
- We may void codes, reverse points, or suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, code harvesting, resale, or other misuse of the program.
- We may modify or discontinue the rewards program; if we discontinue it, we'll give account holders reasonable notice by email.
You can delete your account at any time in the iOS app or by emailing info@kalikori.me. Deletion is permanent and forfeits any remaining points.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse our services: no scraping at abusive volumes, no attempting to bypass security or rate limits, no generating or guessing sticker codes, no impersonating others, and no using the services in violation of any law.
Our content
The Kalikori name, logos, product names, photography, and site content belong to Ice Water LLC. You may not use them commercially without our written permission. Retailer names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers
Our websites, app, and rewards program are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ice Water LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to $100.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine. We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted here, and material changes to the rewards program will be announced by email to account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
