Who we are

Kalikori is a brand of Ice Water LLC, a Maine-licensed cannabis manufacturer (licenses AMF574 and ACB573), located at 12 Center Park Road, Topsham, ME 04086. This policy covers our websites (kalikori.me and find.kalikori.me), the Kalikori iOS app, and the Kalikori Rewards program. Questions? Email info@kalikori.me.

We don't sell anything online — including your data

Our websites and app are informational. They do not sell cannabis or any other product, process payments, or offer delivery. Kalikori products are sold only by independent, state-licensed retailers in Maine. Our app and websites simply show you what we make and which licensed retailers carry it.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. We show no ads and use no advertising trackers.

What we collect

Rewards account. If you join Kalikori Rewards, we collect your email address (used to sign you in with a one-time code and to identify your account), your points activity (sticker codes you claim and rewards you redeem), and — only when you redeem a physical item — a shipping address so we can send it to you. Rewards are merchandise and gift cards only, never cannabis products.

Newsletter. If you sign up for our email list, your email address is handled by Constant Contact, our email provider. You can unsubscribe from any message.

Chat. Messages you type to Kori, the chat assistant on our website, are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider) to generate answers. Please don't include personal information in chat messages.

Analytics. Our website uses Vercel Analytics, which gives us aggregate, privacy-friendly statistics (page views, countries, devices). It does not use cookies or track you across other sites.

Age verification. Your answer to the 21+ age gate is stored on your own device (browser storage or on-phone), not on our servers.

The iOS app, specifically

Location. If you allow location access, your location is used on your device to center the map and find retailers near you. It is never sent to our servers and never stored by us.

Camera. If you allow camera access, it is used on your device to scan reward sticker QR codes. No photos or video are captured or uploaded.

Push notifications (drop alerts). If you choose to follow a store or product for drop alerts, we store your device's push token (linked to your rewards account) and the follows you set up, so we can send those alerts through the Apple Push Notification service. Alerts are opt-in, one follow at a time, and contain no marketing. You can stop them anytime: unfollow in the app, turn off notifications for this device in the app's alert settings or in iOS Settings, or sign out — signing out deactivates the device. Deleting your account removes your push registration and follows.

The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics, and no tracking. It talks only to our own services (listed below) to show product, retailer, and rewards information.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run our services: Supabase (rewards database, sign-in, and drop-alert follows), Resend (delivery of sign-in code emails), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), Mapbox (maps on the website), Apple Maps (maps in the iOS app), Apple Push Notification service (delivery of drop alerts you opt into), Anthropic (website chat assistant), and Constant Contact (newsletter). Each receives only what it needs to do its job for us.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep rewards account data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the iOS app (Rewards → account menu → Delete Account) or by emailing info@kalikori.me from your account email. Deletion permanently removes your account, points balance, activity history, and any saved information; it cannot be undone. Already-claimed sticker codes stay marked as used (with no link to you) so codes remain single-use.

Age requirement

Our websites, app, and rewards program are for adults 21 and older. No exceptions. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we delete any such account we become aware of.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date. Material changes to how rewards account data is handled will be announced by email to account holders.
